Depeche Mode bought out playing the angel last year, with 4 stunning singles. Then they still produce this amazing track for the best of, long live the mode!

  7. Not bad it grows on you like most Depeche songs…Like the keyboard…Will never hit the darkest times with songs of faith and devotion…In your room is one of thier best…

Are you people mad? Depeche Mode continue to be Britain’s longest-surviving successful chart act… and they’re STILL fantastic. Not even U2 can claim as long and productive (and interesting) a life as DM.

F***ing awesome. Thanks for posting! Can you imagine this performed LIVE?!?! I’m going out of my head thinking how hot that will/would be.

Naysayers, you are wrong and that’s all there is to it.

I like the song, but it sounds way too much like “Suffer Well.”

DM really misses Alan Wilder’s production.

Not bad at all.Like the keyboard melody bit.Walking in my shoes is the greatest mode song imho…

  12. Great song. Feels like dancing. Depeche never stop to amaze me. Where do Martin get all his ideas from? A funny thing is that it reminds me of the swedish band KENT a bit. Mostly the guitar in the start.

I was suprised about this new song as I didnt know it was coming… It was an early birthday gift to me as my birthday is at 21 of october.

    Thank you DM =)

belter just what the mode world wants

  14. Agree that this will be phenomenal performed live. In the meantime -will enjoy blasting it.The song has got everything going for it – danceable, upbeat, easy to listen to. great driving guitar beat – and with Dave singing it – what more does it need?? A definite hit whether you are one of the “devoted” or not. Recommend.
