P Murder was one of the bands we squeezed in just before the sun came up at the DIW Party during CMJ. We were fast fading, but the group’s bare boned, mellotron-inflected dance-funk gave the few standing a kick in the ass. This remix of the Professor Murder Rides The Subway standout “Free Stress Test” smooths out the tune’s rough edges and takes it for a long drive, bringing it back a few minutes later than the original.
