That’s post-punk with a heart and a mind. CMJ gave us two chances to see last fall’s Band To Watch and their “¡!” tees (¡we’re dying for one!), and we’re still suffering from whiplash and elbow hyperextension. Meanwhile, the director for “Nine” must’ve heard the angularity and drama to their style and said, “You sound shadowy, dramatic, and fractured.” Can’t fault him.
