This album, the cover, the music, all of it, is strictly aimed at that newest market – the posttween. Too young to drive but too old to Duff. They like malls, they love Baby Phat, they can’t get a job so they might steal. They tend to be white girls but you can’t tell over the phone because they use the word “bitch” a lot… RE: Gwen Stefani is my bitch.
This cover accomplishes all of that: the whiteness, the blinginess, the ‘in-your-face’ hip-hop veneer of the portraiture. No Doubt is dead. Once the focal point has left and had a better solo career, the show is over. N’Sync’d your battleship. Get used to Ghetto Fab for Mrs. Bush.

This is awesome! I haven’t heard the album yet, just Orange County Girl and Wind It Up and I loved them both! The clip, album and songs are great and I can’t wait to see the album released.

Well, I think the album is great too! Really cool, something else, not 13 in one dozen. And yeah there has been some photoshopping for the cover, but that doesnt matter, who doesnt these days? And the cover isnt tacky, its based on a very impressive artist, Jill Greenberg.
