That Pete’s full of surprises: scoring goals, cracking up his kitty, still turning out pretty good tunes. Tunes? Right, he’s a songwriter — and from what we’ve heard of Shotter’s Nation, the kid’s still got some punk nuggets to mine out of that fried-egg head of his. The Kinks-y “Delivery” shocked and rolled us into being Nation curious, and now we have a literally drawn-out Doherty with his fellow Babys and a swaying pup in the Clash-y garage pop of “French Dog Blues.” Somehow animals are never safe around this guy.
Shotter’s Nation is out now in the UK via Parlophone, on 10/23 in the US via Astralwerks.

Gotta say, the album is excellent. I didn’t much care for Down in Albion, but this new one is really, really good.
Great video. Shotter’s Nation is superb! Waaaay better then Down in Albion. This video art direction reminded me of Dave McKean’s artwork. Great.
Huh. So that’s what Babyshambles sounds like.
I can’t wait for the album to be released over here. I love Babyshambles, too bad Doherty’s a crackhead.

Hey there…I found the forum from a suggestion by dreamwalker over on another blog. I had asked him if he knew of some tuts I could look at for Blender and he
pointed me this way.I’ve been lookin around and some of the thread are old? So then I thought I would avoid the guest play and becoming a member instead.
