“Dark and deliberate and sorta sexy despite the watered down come-on (‘you ain’t born typical’?)” was how we pegged the Kills’ welcome return post No Wow during Thanksgiving week. Now, the video, in which Alison and Jamie treat their fevers with scuzzy film print, shadowy split screens, roses, boas, shades, and sandwiches. It’s sleazy rock with a sense of humor, which means it’s perfect for the holidays.

The Kills’ next LP is due out March ’08 via Domino.

    Someone got a new producer…

Old stuff is great, this is terrific.

  4. I love the Kills, I especially love the parts of”URA Fever” that sound like “Love In An Elevator” by Aerosmith.
