Although things have changed for Panther — once the one-man sonic army of Charlie Salas-Humara, now a art-dealing/bartending Kill Rock Stars duo — at least one thing has made the transition in tact: a commitment to quirk on camera, whether it’s for Charlie’s own madness or just a cameo. “Violence, Diamonds” doesn’t deliver on the comedic level of those three links, but Salas-Humara makes some funny faces under diamond doodles. If jerky editing and haphazard zooming techniques give you vertigo, though, you should probably avoid.
