Yesterday Videogum pointed to some stills of Garbagewoman Shirley Manson in Fox’s Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. She plays a CEO/deadly robot from the future who morphs into a urinal. Watch it here. Billboard says Shirley hits the studio next month to record her solo debut.

Here’s a crazy thought: maybe Stereogum could tell us a little bit about the song that played in its entirety at the beginning of the episode. It was definitely Shirley singing, so: was it a Manson solo song or a new Garbage song? (Please god not the latter — it sounded sort of lame.)
