Oracular Spectacular Brooklynites MGMT recently stopped by KCRW’s Morning Becomes Eclectic and performed a set that included a cover of ’80s Danish synth-poppers Laid Back’s “Roger” (you might’ve thought they’d go with “White Horse,” if you happened to be thinking about ’80s Danish synth pop). The last we’d heard from MGMT they were being covered by the Kooks, so it’s good and circular to see them in the driver’s seat.
