Damn RIAA! This wasn’t infringing on anyone’s rights. No one who was going to buy the Ludacris album otherwise won’t buy it now because of some mashup, and the money’s all these people really care about, right? I mean, if Ludacris himself had written and said he felt these mashups violated the way he intended these songs to be heard and so, as much as he admired their creativity and effort, he had to ask for them to be taken down, I would totally support that. But you know with the RIAA it’s all about the money, and this isn’t even keeping anyone from getting the money they deserve for the work they’ve done. Stupid, stupid, stupid.
