At Friday’s Dark Star Orchestra show, Jersey City Councilman Steve Lipski got wasted and urinated on the crowd. That’ll harsh your mellow. “China Cat Sunflower” > “I Know You Rider” was righteous, though.

Grateful Dead tribute band could play Live on Levee
A nationally known Grateful Dead tribute band could be the first act announced for this summer's Live on the Levee concert series in Charleston. Tonight, Charleston City Council will vote on a contract with Dark Star Orchestra, a Chicago band formed in 1997.
