They say Jay repurposed his rap on this “+” version of “Lost” from a Hot 97 freestyle in ’06. Well in keeping with the spirit of recycling, Coldplay reuses their official video for “Lost” and Jiggafies it by superimposing his face onto those little TV screens they lug everywhere these days. See that’s him right in there. He gets some crossover exposure, and he probably didn’t even have to write a new lyric or leave his apartment. You don’t understand the intelligence that Jay-Z has.

I think this guy Novel’s rap makes the song, dare I say it, better than with Jay-z’s rap.. he also gives a shout out to Portishead..
