It looks like Animal Collective are already thinking post Merriweather Post Pavilion and plan to create a “visual record.” Says Avey Tare, “it was going to be a film, like a feature film, but by no means a narrative. They’ve actually been working on this project for years, I believe. Since maybe before Feels, I think. So I’m not sure “heading back into the studio” is the correct term….but point is it’s awesome to hear that this is finally next on the list!!!!
