Robert Schneider’s kids music project is Robbert Bobbert. As the folks at his label Little Monster put it:
Robbert Bobbert, a genius inventor of musical mayhem, performs songs from his Beach Boys inspired indie rock songbook, whilst entertaining the masses. If the number of B’s in a name represented fun, Robbert Bobbert & The Bubble Machine have cornered the market!
If you recall — sure to warm the heart of Tony Conrad — Schneider came up with a Non-Pythagorean Musical Scale. He does briefly cover mathematics on Robbert Bobbert And The Bubble Machine (he counts sheep), but on the whole it’s more about gravity, puppies, clocks, making friends, and loving beautiful things. This one’s about super heroes. Note his weird science above.
Robbert Bobbert And The Bubble Machine is out 2/17 via Little Monster. You can hear a mouse rap at RB’s MySpace.

hahaha awesome!
Any serious musicians out there should look up the web journal of Chili Magik John started up…he has a few brain exercisces that he teaches to open up your playing. If you take it seriously enough you’ll be surfigng the waves on AC island by the summer time…concentrating on the cake instead of the frosting…
I think it’s safe to assume the “weird science above” is simply an Elephant 6 reference.
I wonder if he has heard of Logan Whitehurst and the Jr. Science Club. It certainly sounds like it.
A MILLION POINTS FOR KNOWING WHO LOGAN IS <3
