To create “Blood Pt. 2,” Buck 65 used Sufjan Stevens’ epic take on the Castanets’ “You Are The Blood” as a base/starting point and then remixed it to feature himself, Stevens, and Serengeti. Sufjans version is WAY better! right guys!? show me some hipster love. arrows to the ceilin!

  3. Have you listened to both? Buck 65′s is more of a continuation of an idea (or the second part if you will) than an alternate version. This, it seems, is logically evidenced by the title AND the length of the songs, respectively. Borrowing the cliche “come on hipsters!!” comment from any number of other articles on this blog is just lazy and uncreative.
