Swedish producers Christian Karlsson and Pontus Winnberg, aka Bloodshy & Avant, have joined forces with Fires of Rome/Downtown’s in-house producer Andrew Wyatt to form the band Miike Snow. Their self-titled debut’s not out until 6/9 (Downtown), in the interim they’re mixing Vampire Weekend. Check this pleasantly squiggly, bedroom-feeling electro-anthemic take on VW’s “The Kids Don’t Stand A Chance” at RCRDLBL. Ezra has never sounded so Nobukazu Takemura.
