Peter, Bjorn & John’s first US show in support of their highly anticipated Living Thing took place in a hotel ballroom last night, as part of W’s WonderLust Live Concert Series. The band played the new album, a couple of older songs, and closed with “Young Folks” with Heather D’Angleo of Au Revoir, Simone singing the lady parts. In attendance were Swedish indie-pop fans Parker Posey, Julia Stiles, Zach Condon, Dave 1 of Chromeo, Mick Rock, and our photographer Natasha Ryan. Enjoy her pic while you rock out to “Nothing To Worry About.”

Yikes, where is the rest of that dude’s head?

Dude, please lose the 70′s pornstar moustache. Please.
I saw them at Emo’s Friday morning at 1 am. I thought they were pretty good, they had a few technical problems for the first few minutes, mics not working, etc. but I heard it was much better from their first show the day before. The crowd and I got an encore of young folks, which made everybody very happy before they left Emo’s.
