The new media release strategy is heating up over at Camp Dylan: Bob’s two installments deep into a pre-release Q&A with Bill Flanagan at bobdylan.com, “Beyond Here Lies Nothin’” was released as a limited-time free MP3, and today the shaggy accordion swing of the album’s penultimate cut “Feel A Change Comin’ On” is streamin’ at Newsweek. “I’m listening to Billy Joe Shaver and I’m reading James Joyce / Some people they tell me I’ve got the blood of the land in my voice.” Word. Also that appears to be the new album’s art. Bob looks good with his shirt off.
Together Through Life is out 4/28 via Columbia.

Nothing short of pure brilliance from the living legend!! He is definitely keeping it fresh with this new sound of incorporating accordion and different musicians on these sessions. Ever since the release of Time Out Of Mind, he’s been making some of his best work since the mid-seventies Blood On The Track’s-era.
I CAN’T FUCKING WAIT FOR THIS ALBUM TO COME OUT!! !
right on! he’s unstoppable. can’t waitttt
Thanks for the news flash on the album cover. Do your press releases fly in on carrier pigeon?
If you read carefully “Also that appears to be the new album’s art” – you might begin to notice the trace amounts of sarcasm in that sentence – because as you’re about to see, Stereogum already posted about this album artwork – but hey, at least your take on sarcasm as retribution temporarily made using the interwebs fun!
