Breezy, psychedelic Sacramento SXSW standout Ganglians accurately describe their new debut full-length Monster Head Room as “pure naive headphone acid pop to drive to.” (If you don’t have a car or bike, you can do other things while you listen.) In addition to Monster, the guys also recently released a self-titled 12″. Both collections are out via Woodsist. When I featured Ganglians in the Outsiders, my two cents were accompanied by “Hair” from the 12″ and Monster‘s “Valient Brave.” To hopefully add to the intrigue, here’s the ambling, “Rainy Day Woman #12 & 35″-referencing “Lost Words,” which shows up on the latter. Right, everybody must get stoned, etc.
