The previously reported Jim James/M. Ward/Conor Oberst collab project has a release date (9/22). Also a site which doesn’t offer much (yet), although the credit to Yim Yames is a nice touch.

JJ has actually been rocking the Yim Yames moniker for a while now. Ugh, I wish Evil Urges never happened.

I’m excited for this (minus Oberst) but my lord that is a goofy name for a band

  8. Eagles of Death Metal don’t make…. death metal either.

…and yeah, total raw deal for Mogis.

  11. This sounds pretty rad actually. I hope it’s rad. Also… If you’re checking out Conor on tour anytime soon, make sure to check out his opener: Deep Sea Diver. They’re great.
