Last night Elbow played a headlining show in LA to get prepped for a run of dates supporting Coldplay. Being one of very few dates where they’ll have their own openers, the band handpicked the undercard, Guy Garvey coming out before each set to personally introduce early acts Jesca Hoop and LA’s Mellowdrone. Elbow is so great – and truly underappreciated. Far superior to Coldplay on every level – hopefully this little tour will give them the exposure that has eluded them so far.
people should watch Elbow and leave before coldplay. enjoy the music and avoid the middle of the oad, detached from reality, posh kid nonsense
