Last week we revealed that Karen O’s Where The Wild Things Are backup band “the Kids” includes YYYs’ Brian Chase and Nick Zinner, Bradford Cox, and two Raconteurs, among others. One of those “others” is the “untrained children’s choir” taking center stage on the soundtrack’s chirpy, childlike (and somehow creepy?) first single “All Is Love.”
Also streaming at MySpace.
The Where The Wild Things Are soundtrack is out 9/29 via DGC/Interscope. “All Is Love” is out digitally tomorrow (8/25).

Very weakly delivered.
Just like your comment.
just dreadful
This truly is terrible
thank you everyone for elaborating… or did your attention span wander off before noticing this is a song for a movie based on a children’s book?
Was it really that bad?
i love the yeah yeah yeahs.
i hate kidz bop.
I told Spike he should of used that Rob Zombie track featuring The Wiggles.
i like it.. its langley schools music project and KO at home combined but with better production.. can’t wait to see the music set to the film
God, I was hoping this would be the song that was on the movie trailer.
I figured out it’s actually Wake Up by The Arcade Fire.
Hey Windchill Factor, me too. I thought maybe it was somehow related to Arcade Fire that we hear during the movie trailer. Glad someone else got that.
turns out jaded douchebags won’t like this. surprise.
But reactionary morons with a taste for trite bullshit apparently will.
lyrics?
Grow some big feet
Holes in history
Where you’ll find me
Where you’ll find
All is love
is love
is love
is love
L.O.V.E.
It’s a mystery
Where you’ll find me
Where you’ll find
All is love
is love
is love
is love
I think I would like it better if it was meant for a kids movie. Preferably one about a boy who travels to an island full of monsters.
outstanding. =)
wah. my jeans are too tight for this song’s incessant cheerfulness.
if I were expecting a Yeah Yeah Yeah’s song, I would be feeling overdressed right now. This song nails the wide-eyed magic of the story, and anyone who has actually READ the story should be able to follow KO’s youthful rendition here
I got that. I didn’t like it though.
Where can I find a song with Rob Zombie and the Wiggles?
its perfect for its purpose
It reminds me of Tilly and the Wall
As if i didn’t want to see this movies enough (no that’s not sarcasm that’s admitting to what you all hide).
I can see how this could work against the movie’s visuals, but as a standalone song it’s sub-Kidz Bop.
I love it. Too bad for all that don’t
this is adorable, looking forward to hearing more from the soundtrack (and the movie), i need something to even out my Really Rosie playlist
Still beats the ponyo theme song.
the vocals are mixed too loud. this sounds like a severely lo bit preview.
I do like it for it’s context. Reminds me of John Lennon’s ‘Real Love’
the track is very fun, in order to go hand in hand with the whole theme of the movie.
its may not be very appealing, but it is definitely suitable for the movie’s “feel’
fucking love it!!!!! huge mistake putting arcade fire in the trailer instead of this.
i love this track (but the quality of the copy posted here is awful). i play it over and over and never get tired of it. the innocence and guilelessness of it is a breath of fresh air, a drink of cool water on a hot and thirsty day…it delights me. if you hear something “creepy” here, then it’s your mind you need to worry about, because that’s where the creepiness is coming from.
