Invited to do “Uprising” on Quelli Che Il Calcio, Muse were told they’d have to lip-sync. So Matt Bellamy switched places with drummer Dominic Howard, and bassist Christopher Wolstenholme “played” guitar and keys. Then lead singer Dom was interviewed. Funny.
Muse have announced details of a 14-date North American tour.
Kid Rock's 'Made in Detroit' Shirts: Not Exactly Made in Detroit For Kid Rock, Detroit has served as a muse. The city has long been troubled by corruption and crumbling infrastructure, but Rock has championed it: he penned a popular song, "Times Like These," in the troubled city's honor, and when the famous ...
The Pre-Show Chat: Yigal Azrouel on His Fall Muse In the moments leading up to Yigal Azrouel’s Friday show, dressers waited patiently next to clothes while the designer padded around backstage, accepting hugs and congratulations from friends. Everything seems so calm. Does it get easier the ...
why would you ever want this band to NOT play live? matt is hilarious in this clip and certainly answers all questions as to how serious this band takes their music.
hmmm,, i’ll think about it?
in the meantime why don’t you go listen to some of this “good” music your brainwashed little mind holds in such high regard, to the point that you derive more joy from telling people what music sucks and what is “good” than you do from getting lost in a favorite track.
Some people still listen to music for the buzz, finding plenty of joy and fulfillment in that act alone.. Some people have to go on websites and make listening to music into a contest. that’s called small minded. If you don’t like it, don’t listen to it. Do you go on MTV.com and talk shit on Miley Cyrus? What is your aim friend?
I’m done exchanging words with you because all your words and comebacks are embarrassingly trite and petty. You’re saying stuff like its supposed to sound like a huge revelation to a reader and change our way of thinking. In actuality, you come off like that annoying person who shows up at parties uninvited because you genuinely think the people there are your friends, constantly talking and trying to make an all-accepting, genius point. Really, we’re kind of wishing you’d leave the party, or perhaps just painfully wish you keep talking so we can quote you later on amongst ourselves behind your back in a humorous way that includes imitations and hand gestures. iThen there’s those who just ignore you altogether, kind of like I am going to do right n–…
Who is this “we” you speak of? Is there a group of you huddled around your PC making hand gestures at the computer screen? Like I said earlier people like you need something to make fun of so you can be a part of an imagined “in” crowd. that’s why you referred to yourself as “we.’ Besides I’ve read the party analogy about a million times on here so, nice one. I know I’m just saying things that fly over your head so I’ll dumb it down for you. Muse doesn’t suck, gayness isn’t a word, and you just got bescumbered. Look it up.
-sigh- Ok, I’ll just add this: You think Muse sucks. Fine. No need to yell it all over the place, trying to make Muse fans look like losers just because they actually derive enjoyment from their music.
It’s why I don’t begrudge, say, Simple Plan fans their manic fanaticism, no matter how much the band itself cause me physical pain. Why crap over the fans their happiness? Because of their lack of taste? I just think there are better things to get worked up about.
It’s pretty hilarious I think. Matt’s drumming skills are pretty lousy and on Meg White’s level. But the look on his face is really funny. And that show host isn’t aware of anything. Obviously she doesn’t do much background research on the music they have in the show.
I would never have said Matt’s drumming skills are lousy, he’s got a good floor tom technique and a very convincing flow, but Dom stole the show for sure with the guitar hiking @2:16 I don’t how he kept a straight face throughout the ‘performance’
Oasis did it.

Oh good, glad he’s aware, because we haven’t ever been taking it seriously either!
No, I’m quite sure you haven’t. How could you when that honor is reserved only for yourself.
Wow was that the best comeback you could think of? I kind of feel sorry for even saying anything in the first place now…
from your first post drop the “ever” from the second drop the “kind of” the “even” and the “now”
you’re welcome.
From all your posts, drop the gayness.
Thanks

The two of you need to get a room and fuck the tension out of each other already before it makes the comment board implode.

It was pretty good, but it was no Nirvana on Top of the Pops
no, but this is

Okay, that was pretty great. Even if you hate Muse.
This would be a lot funnier if they didn’t rely so heavily on backing tracks when they actually play live.

lmao. This is fantastic.
