If you recall, Mission Of Burma’s third post-reunion collection Sound The Speed The Light is “a departure from the pinned-needles roar of 2006′s The Obliterati” and is “far more spacious and dynamic.” The lead track “1, 2, 3, Partyy!” isn’t all that spacious, but it is dynamic. And there’s a lot of space covered in this manic Aaron Brown and Ben Chappell video for the song. Basically, it cycles swiftly through live footage, broken glass, drinks, women in bikinis, and various forms of smoke, i.e. things needed for to justifiably shout “partyy!”
