This track surfaced yesterday, initially reported as a Busy Signal track featuring M.I.A. from the dancehall dude’s Hott Ed Turf!!! mixtape, a credit later clarified by Diplo as “actually part of the major lazer EP thats out in APril.” Major Lazer EP out in April! Skerrit Bwoy is already daggering a bottle of peroxide in anticipation. Diplo & Switch’s dancehall-guerilla-cartoon project hits the road this spring for a tour with Sleigh Bells, and for Coachella, and for supporting this release that contains “Sound Of Siren,” which is a dancehall jam that features, yep, the sound of siren. Also gotta love how M.I.A. has a knack for cameoing on these tracks that have very descriptive track titles (see also: “Sound Of Kuduro“). Major siren:
