Chrismukkah With The Long Winters

I've never seen an episode of The O.C.. Jessica says I'm crazy, but now that the show's not opposite West Wing maybe I'll start watching. I'm aware it has cool soundtrack music.

Is it too early for Christmas songs? The following cut is from The O.C.: Mix 3 (Have a Very Merry Chrismukkah). The CD's also got Jimmy Eat World covering Wham!. Good stuff.

The Long Winters - "Christmas With You Is the Best"

In other news, Brit and Kev finally made it a Blockbuster night. Hopefully we'll get her review of Saved! in the next Letter Of Truth.

Like being slowly beaten down- The standard issue Kevin Federline no-lace hat-cocked boy capri pants wife beater look, with it's daily appearance next to Britney (aka snacky trashy)
is getting worse. It was bad in June, now it's mind numbing. Here's another wrinkle to the nightmare. Can you imagine having to overhear their movie picking. One of 'em is probably yelling in the cell phone to boot, excuse me to 'Ugg' boot

I wonder how they got B. Spears to look like that for her last photo shoot.

I think that J.E.W cover is on...damnit...some other emo-centric Christmas compilation. But even *they're* too straight to recreate the bomb-assed-ness (what?) of WHAM!

And that Kevin sure is lucky to be living in California. Although I wouldn't doubt he'd wear his glorified cullots (did I spell that right?) in the ten east coast blizzards that will never actually come this winter.

we had an adage when I was in retail:
Before Halloween = much too fucking early for thinking about or singing about Christmas. Or Hannukah, or Chrismukkah, or Kwaanza. I still get violent when I see Christmas displays in Walgreens this time of year (i.e. last night.)
That said, the song is pretty cute.

Blockbuster? why on earth would you bother going to that shithole of a store to rent videos, especially when you're a celebrity, when you have Netflix????

I've never seen The O.C. either! I'm glad I'm not the only one.

That said, I'll probably become obsessed with it this season.

there is nothing about the OC that is not worth having a religion established in its name. its beyond a cult. season one comes out next week. i will be a huge queer and get it.

if it's supposed to be a Christmukkah album, how come there are no Jewish songs on it? Maybe Brit can do a cover of Dreidel, Dreidel now that she's Kaballahish.

BRITNEY SPEARS GREATEST HITS ALBUM.

The photo on her newest album is actually from an old retouched (of course) photo.

a: she's not eating something, she is holding something infront of her fact to obsure the photo.

b: it looks like the they didn't rent, it looks like they bought those dvd's in kevin's hands.

c: isn't this a old pic?

d: wasn't a fan of that song... that being said, i'm not a fan of any holiday cheer pre-thanksgiving...

seriously..I mean REALLY...WTF are they doing at blockbuster is she trying to 'blend' in with the rest of us common folk. lol
sorry but not everyone else dresses like a bum, walks around with pimple grease on their face, picking their nose..except maybe bums....
what could possibly be at blockbuster
that you cant see on netflix, InDemand, or whatever cable provider they happen to have...
theyre so greasy!
there's another artcle about them going 48 hours without leaving their bedroom after the wedding. Hmmmm guess they mustve almost OD'ed on their cheetoes and hennesey..lol.

Just to reiterate: It's time you discover the many wonders of The O.C. Not even that anorexic zombie Mischa Barton is vile enough to undermine its radness.

Have all their photos been taken on the same day? Because it looks like they never change their clothes. It's getting really gross.

adding to the chorus of "you must watch the o.c.." at the very least, check out the original summer season (eps 1-7) now that the DVD is coming out and you don't even need to go to the trouble of downloading them off the internets.

wbr put out the oc soundtrack, so they just sent me copies of the christmas one and the 2nd regular mix (along with a depeche mode remixes album, if you must know).. should be interesting. i was kind of freaked out that they had a holiday cd. what's the point?

keep an eye out for a package from me this week.

I avoided the first series of The O.C like the plafue. However, due to the great soundtrack, I'm slowly becoming addicted.

The link to the Long Winters - Christmas With You Is THe Best MP3 didn't work for me for some reason?

Anyone who has downloaded it successfully want to pass it on?
