Is it possible to go to any a cmj show without being in the presence of a blogger??

I picked the theory 8 showcase at random and figured it'd be blogger free, but I guess in new york that's now impossible

Jed this is by far your worst post yet. You are terrible, and deserve a painful death. I can't believe this is still happening. To skip Thursday night like that is incredibly amatuer. Please leave.

Wolf Parade sounds like Modest Mouse off key and out of tune. Which is cool, if that is your thing.

[by the way, the above was a joke. I'm sure Jed got it, but just in case others didn't, I wanted to make sure. Amateur was intentionally misspelled too, which Jed would also understand as a joke.]

Watch it, Topher, or I'll sue you for deformation of character. Anyway, Arade Fire took their MP3s down.

Thanks! I was very curious to hear the Giraffes and Langhorne Slim after reading your reviews of their CMJ shows. The Giraffes sound pretty damn good. Much like I had imagined they'd sound just looking at those live photos posted here, actually.

The Langhorne Slim MP3s, however, are garbled all to hell. I tried re-downloading them but got the same result: two unintelligible messes. Anyone else? I want to hear those songs, dagnabbit. :D
