New Dntel - "Dumb Luck"

Your treat for suffering through today's content deprivation: new music from Jimmy Tamborello! This is the sublime title track from Dntel's guest-laden LP Dumb Luck, which promises collabs with Grizzly Bear, Lali Puna, Jenny Lewis, and Conor Oberst (among others). Here, Tambo uses his studio mastery to bathe a simple acoustic lullaby in waves of soft, brilliant noise. You must have. (Thanks, Miles!)

Dntel - "Dumb Luck" (MP3)

Dumb Luck is out 4/24 on Sub Pop.

The new album is solid all the way through. His noisemanship is incredible.

I will check this out if only because Jenny Lewis is on it. She could run me over with a box truck full of fertilizer and I'd still forgive her.

M83 - "Kim & Jessie" (Montag remix)
