New Arctic Monkeys Video - "Teddy Picker"
This time around the Monkeys aren't clown creepy or wordplaying before an aerobic army of short-shorted dancers. In the behind-the-scenery, studio-based video for very punny "Teddy Picker," we get to watch 2007 "Cool List" climber Alex Turner and the boys carry equipment, put the tune to tape, hang about, and walk the street all slow and sly. The tune's not our favourite Favourite Worse Nightmare, but it's definitely a goodie and we dig the refreshingly scruffy looking shoot. Speaking of "scruffy," seems like some of the chaps are growing their hair out.
What's with that croc head? (Ahem.)

The best band around right now. Very good tune, and finally a good video. The third single should have been Old Yellow Bricks though.

I just don't see what the fuss is all about with Arctic Monkeys. 14 year olds listen to this shit. And LOL @ ss albion's comment. "they keep it real..." Word to your mother you honky bastard.

Roman Coppola directed it.

roman coppola is literally only able to make one type of video. having said that, hes perfected it so its okay. the strokes should take him back.

not the most creative video i've ever seen, but kudos to the lads for recording it live. sounds excellent.

I'm with me. I encourage the good folks at Gum to compile a top 20 list of videos shot primarily in the studio. Mostly because I'd love to see this, "Party All the Time" by Eddie Murphy, and "We Are the World" squeezed onto the same list.
