New Tegan And Sara Video - "Back In Your Head"

The first clip from Tegan And Sara's The Con spun its way around the web yesterday while we were busy keeping tabs on Carlos D's acting career, but in honor of our love for T&S's new record, we're duty bound to present it to you, good friend. "Back In Your Head" is probably a little too breezy-sweet for its own good, and it's far from our favorite single -- but the Jamie Travis-directed clip's got ninjas! Or, well, people dressed like ninjas! And white balloons. So enjoy that while we cross our fingers that "The Con" or "Nineteen" is next.

I've been in love with T & S for years, but they really have a couple of the worst haircuts in human history.

I don't know..
dykes with dykey haircuts? Makes sense to me.

This is a pretty good song.

people like tegan and sara are why there is a "dyke haircut" stereotype. might as well have mullets and a softball bat.

i think they actually pull the cut off quite well.. neat video concept. the record sounds great. i can't hate on these girls when there is so much terrible in this industry and they have been consistantly decent.

the haircuts could really be short and kinda chic if they didn't have weird mullet hair wrapped around their necks like scarves.

Is it necessary for them BOTH to have the same haircut?

I'm a fan of the Tee and Ess, but I will never go to their concerts again. The girls in the crowd went wild for them like prepubscent teens at (insert hot pop band of the moment here). At least their excuse was they were pre-pubscent though.

their cuts are not even the same, and I like the cuts anyway.

I don't care if they're gay or straight, those haircuts are fucking awful. I mean, hey, be individuals all you want but... not flattering at all. Just... ick. I adore Sara, but that haircut just sucks all physical enthusiasm I had for her. When hipster mullets go wrong...

I couldn't give a rat's ass what their hair looks like. I am really really loving the new album.

this seems less like homophobia and more like straight-up misogyny. when gay men are written up, there aren't comments about how crazy gay they are. cut it out- that's fucked up.

the video just isn't good. and they're haircuts are ugly.
but whatever cause I like the song.

I believe that the point of music is to appreciate the music itself and not the haircut of the musicians. It shouldn't matter what their hair looks like, couldn't you have something a little more constructive to say about the MUSIC, or the video...rather than their hair and whether or not they suck each other off.
They may not be very flattering haircuts, but the point is expression of one's self, and apparently that's what they like.
So don't be so close-minded, and pay attention to the message of the music rather than what the messenger looks like.

I don't know about you all, but I ADORE their new haircut, specially in their myspace pic with the blue line streaked across their face. It's like a fashionable mullet.
haha

as a self-proclaimed hipster dyke who rides a track bike, i say you guys are d-bags. their haircuts are rad. long live the fashion mullet! and duh, the music is what brings people together.

Seriously.. yeah i agree that a lot of these comments are homophobic/close minded.

tegan and sara are absolutely AMAZING. and their fashion / hair suits them very well.
It doesn't have to be a dyke in a dykey haircut but something that looks good. Lets see you pull it off. you can't.

Lets see you walk around with that haircut. either you get spat on, made fun of or poked at. T&S, they build a fan base. so suck it up.

ITs all about their music. not what their HAIR looks like. Do they suckle on each others vaginas? are you kidding me??? Sweetie, you need to take your head out of your mothers vagina and realize it's not all about sex when you're gay. especially not with family members.

T&S look amazing in everything. Their hair , clothing and their MUSIC video's are absolutely fabulous so if you are done posting insulting msgs, please. leave. NOW. don't make me ask you again. (you don't really want to make a femme dyke angry)

I love tegan and sara and their music is amazing. They're very talented musicians. Now about the hair, I think it's so freakin' ADORABLE!! I love their style. People just need to open up to new things and stop being so close minded. Heck im even thinking about getting the same haircut!
