Ryan Adams & The Cardinals (Feat. Nellie McKay) Play David Letterman's Desk

This morning the Late Show site site posted up a couple of web exclusive Ry clips, presumably filmed after his Misfits-tee toting performance of "Everybody Knows" on last night's show (missed "Halloweenhead" by a day). Nellie McKay didn't pop up on the proper telecast, but you can see her below, sitting comfy in orange at Dave's desk with a ukulele. The Cardinals crew performed "How Do You Keep Love Alive" onstage and assumed the interview position on "Pearls On A String" for the benefit of you "webcasters," as per Dave's kick off. Don't forget to press the 3-D button on your keyboard. (Thanks, juano)

Watch it here, and while you're there poke around for Band Of Horses' "Is There A Ghost" and Nicole Atkins's "The Way It Is." Check the extended hand holding re: Nicole; looks like Letterman's wants a little more Atkins in his diet.

UPDATE: If the Late Show site's Real Player is acting screwy, we've got some YouTube for ya after the jump.
