This is a good list, but “Bloodflowers” has too many gorgeous melodies to not get a little more respect. Its easily their best late-period album. And the poorer quality of “Wild Mood Swings” notwithstanding, “Want” is one of their absolute best tracks. My list:

1.) Disintegration
2.) Wish
3.) Pornography
4.) Bloodflowers
5.) Faith
6.) The Head on the Door
7.) Seventeen Seconds
8.) Kiss me Kiss me Kiss me
9.) 4:13 Dream
10.) The Cure
11.) Wild Mood Swings
12.) Three Imaginary Boys
13.) The Top

This is a timeless record, and their song writing continued to get tighter and more refined with subsequent releases. Though “Cassadaga” is by far my favourite Bright Eyes album, “Lifted” has a sort of organic, spontaneous feel to it that makes it stand out, not to mention that every single track is great. It really is one of the greats.

I love how if you dare make a critical comment about Radiohead on this site, you get voted down savagely. Talk about hipster-fascism.

This is like most of their recent material: meh. The thing is, if you want bubbling electronics, there are plenty of groups doing that style way better than Radiohead are at the moment.

In the basement or not, this album still sucks.

Too many characters are being spilled on this thread. “King of Limbs” sucks. That is all that needs to be said.
