You’ll be there too Evan.
But they’re ten or twelve of the best songs they can produce at the moment that are textured very well, fit together thematically, are very well played, sung beautifully, and are written extremely well; I doubt anyone can do that on a whim.
I completely agree with everything he has said in this interview. Radiohead’s smart enough to know where music is going and they’re the only band, now, who can take us there.
This was pretty awesome though I wish the bass guitar was fuzzed or distorted. The moving line Tuner’s palying is very QotSA. And is that James Rushent playing with them?
Wow. Joseph Gordon Levitt can Dance.
Didn’t know Wendy Hiller played bass.
This was pretty cool. I really enjoyed the artwork and the song.
this is pretty bad.
Rivers, your happiness is second to writing good music. Know your niche, you’re fucking with the order.
There are flashes of genius in the music, just sort of a tease, and that makes me keep checking on what he’s doing, hoping he’s fully realised. But no, I get earfucked once again. And someone please ghostwrite his lyrics. Seriously. Anyone.
This is a good song. Definitely going to check them out. High FIve Stereogum! Yeah!
His music will be the only thing good about this movie. Let’s appreciate that at least.
everything has gone wrong.
This sounds a lot like the opening to ‘Sean Flynn’ by the Clash.
This is was a bad choice as the single from the album. My Mirror Speaks or I Was Once A Loyal Lover are better choices. Also, a frantic light scheme might’ve added energy to this performance.
I didn’t know Dirty Projectors had a song on The Emperor’s New Groove soundtrack! (sorry, awful joke.)
I thought that was albino Jesse Lacey at the beginning until she started singing.
Man, when he started screaming! ….that was really awesome.

This is really cool.
