No, because, with the exception of the Christmas album, according to fans, seemingly everything since Love and Theft has been “the best thing he’s done since Desire.”
While it doesn’t count as an official album, Dylan’s Bootleg Series Vol. 5 serves as a better chronicle of the Rolling Thunder Revue tour than Hard Rain, although it’s unfortunately missing “Stuck Inside of Mobile…”
