I brought my daughter to the concert on Sat. because she turned me on to Bright Eyes. (The 4 hour drive and 4 hour wait to get close was worth it, it was a perfect show). I have never heard more apt description of the human condition than Cassadega. I hope Conor doesn’t get away from his angst centered lyrics, no one describes it better, and we all feel what he can put into words but we can’t. I just hope he doesn’t get freaky or go all Michael Jackson on us with the alien/scy fi theology, that would be such a waste of artistic genius.
