Sorry for being a prick, but Daryl isn’t her kinda-boyfriend at all.

Such an awesome guy. Everything he touches (that I heard, anyway) is gold. His own music included.

In Utero was the first Nirvana album I listened to. I think I was 14 (2005). Having listened to Smells Like Teen Spirit and being quite blown away by it, I was looking for more (didn’t have an internet connection that was good enough to download ANYTHING) and my father just happened to have In Utero.
I listened to it. I expected Smells Like Teen Spirit. I was sorely dissapointed. I think it took me more than a year to grow to like it and as the years went on it became my favorite.

Funnily enough, Nevermind is probably my LEAST favorite Nirvana album today.

Earth – Angels of Darkness, Demons of Light II get my vote.

I rage’d hard at HTTT being higher than In Rainbows and Amnesiac. In fact, aside from the obvious Pablo Honey, I think it’s their absolute worst.

I’m glad they put I’ve Been Tired on the list but no matter how good “Tame” is, it’s definitely not their best song. That would be “Hey”.

The only “Metal” album I stil listen to, years after discovering it.
My favorite track would have to be Everything’s Ruined. I think it’s perfect. Caffeine is a close second too.

I’m not from the US but I would like to share a story if you don’t mind.
About 5 years ago when I was 14 years old I was starting to get into Pink Floyd, and I listened to my dad’s CD of The Wall. I liked it overall but didn’t have any particular favorites.
Anyway, one night I had a pretty cool dream that I still remember to this day.
It was me and a friend in a haunted castles 90′s animated series style. I remember me and my friend running down a long corridor that had this torches sticking out of the walls lighting it up, and then I suddenly realize that the floor is falling apart beneath our feet. So we ran.
We then see a wooden door and we jump right into it, finding ourselves in a room made of bricked walls.
A couple of seconds later we realize we are surrounded by living skeletons that are coming to get us. Suddenly I spot a chest next to me, like a treasure chest. The skeletons were getting closer and I remember being scared shitless when suddenly I hear the sounds of a guitar. It was the begging of Goodbye Blue Sky. The chest then opens up and a guitar floats out Vertically playing the song. At this point the skeletons started to fade away, and when It got to the vocal harmony I was starting to wake up, and when I finally woke up with the song in my head I had new favorite song – Goodbye Blue Sky.
