Heeeeey. I’d play Sufjan Stevens – Age of Adz first. Yum.
Different people with different oppinions. It’s an ongoing dialogue and revisitation of music. I don’t necessarily agree with this analysis, but I see it’s basis, and you’re an idiot if you don’t think music is an ongoing dialogue.
I’m glad for this post. I think that while still a good record it wasn’t great. It’s undeniably catchy but to say it’s the best album of the year it rash. It had a lot of great hype, and I think getting behind Kanye felt good for a lot of people, but I think that perception of a record is sometimes so altered by hype that only time and multiple listens brings out the truth. I like the record, but I don’t understand worshipping it. Seeing it as a 10 on P4K and #1 here just doesn’t make sense to me.
Also, glad for the new feature. Great new idea for the site.
