Sorry man, just how my brain perceives that tune. That being said, Stop Stop and Nova Baby are fucking solid jams.
Not getting what all the buzz is about, the songs are certainly catchy to a degree, but does no one else find the Stairway to Heaven template extremely lame on Little Black Submarines? They lifted part of the vocal melody and the guitar solo is also a lick straight out of the tune as well, can’t really ‘appreciate’ that. The album is very busy and lacks variation or the raw emotion I dig about these guys.
Also, Gold On the Ceiling could be a Nickelback song, *cheesy guitar riff (they wanna get my) cheesy guitar riff*
