OK, simple problem solved – Charge a media fee of $20 when you pay for internet – $10 goes for movies & $10 for music – that’s it. This would keep everyone paid, especially en MASS. Those who choose not to pay will have their accounts blocked on the network of any music or video extension .avi or .mp3. I’m sure people will find ways to get around this to but then at least THE ARTISTS WILL GET PAID SOME FUCKING THING and they’ll continue to make art GODDAMNIT.
