No Little Thoughts or So Here We Are. The latter is a song that transcends. Even people unaware of indie music know recognise that as a great song.

Still love this album. Easily my second favourite of theirs after OKC.

Normally love these lists but 9 obvious singles plus possibly the poorest track from Black Celebration (their best album IMO)?

I’d have had Shake The Disease, Ice Machine, To Have and to Hold, Any Second Now (voices), Halo, The Sun and the Rainfall, Barrel of a Gun, It’s No Good, Enjoy the Silence and Sometimes as my top 10 in that order.

To make a fun read and to start a discussion. Personally I use them as a way of thinking, wow, it’s been too long since I played any Pixies and off I go and play them.

I love these lists. Having only recently filled in the gaps in my Sonic Youth discography I shall be interested to go through the list and see if I agree.

Love this list and it certainly has some of my favourites: Blue Jeans, Clover, This is a Low and Trimm Trabb. I’d go as far to say that Trimm Trabb is my favourite ever Blur song – and thanks for letting me know what the title refers to, never knew before.

Agreed also that 13 is their best album, the whole thing is a masterpiece.

Lastly, I do like Under the Westway but I think that The Puritan is even better. Killer hooks.
