Scower some torrent sites and download a copy of their demo album its very good and very much in the realm of good art. But like all exciting new bands, record labels grab them and sell their souls to the devil, over producing MGMT’s debut album and marketing it as pop. Sadly this has left them with a tattered reputation so very few still consider them as producing art. But on Congratulations it seems MGMT has disregarded the label and made the music for themselves and have done a very good job at it.
