I stepped on a nail last night and I pulled it out by myself and it hurt a lot and I told Kelly about it on gchat but she never responded and it still hurts now, even worse, because Kelly ignored my ghcat about stepping on a nail last night.

Today the hot water heater in my dorm stopped working and I have now not showered for almost 36 hours. I feel gross. My boss doesn't know this happened, though, because I work on the Internet for this website. My only class of the day was very boring, though the professor left a slide with all the answers up during our quiz today. This is the third time he has done that this quarter. It was cool the first time but now it's like what am I even paying you for, maaaaaan? Actually I can answer that. I am paying him for an easy A and also for fulfilling one of my distros.

I'm in Chet's class. It's actually an American History paper. I didn't take notes either. Kind of wish I did so I could see how he'd reward me.

December 5, 2011 on Anybody Have Theater Class Notes For Chet Haze’s Final Paper?
Maybe it's just me and I haven't noticed it or latched onto it, but outside of the random disclaimer at the start of "Radicals" (which is really, really funny) and the references to critics calling his music horrorcore, what are the big moments that take away from what he's saying? Transylvania and Tron Cat are both full of horrible, awful imagery and rhymes without any words of remorse.

May 9, 2011 on Tyler, The Creator – Goblin Comment Party
I've seen a lot of comments like this, but I don't really get them? Tyler's music has never been about shock value just for the sake of shock value; it's always been about being yourself and letting out what you think up or whatever the fuck, which can result in something that is altogether shocking. This is what separates him from something like the ICP (along with a bunch of talent), and it makes sense that on Odd Future's biggest album yet he'd have to address this, albeit in a winking fashion (FUCK BILL O'REILLY).

It sounds great, every song has a number of memorable/quotable (around the right company, at least) lines, and you get both sides of Tyler (the fictional, misogynistic rapist and the depression-riddled kid who misses his friend and never had a real father) while also getting a new side (a romantic Tyler, a side that I think fits in perfectly with his persona ... cunt). There's really not much more needed from this. It's really, really good, and I've had a hard time listening to anything else. Even though he lacks the pure rapping ability of someone like Earl or possibly even Hodgy, there's something that's extremely compelling about what Tyler's done here, and really with what he's always done. Once you've submitted yourself to the gang of wolves, it's hard to turn away. So, yeah, one of the best albums I've heard in a while, and I've already racked up some 100 listens to it. Also, any word on when we'll get a Jasper and Taco album?

I mean, on the one hand I get it, Gabe. But on the other hand, I really love Kanye West. Sure he's prone to being super fucking crazy, but isn't that the point? Kanye West: One of the Best, I'm sure of it.

July 20, 2010 on Double Rainbow Guy Thanks Jimmy Kimmel For His Twitter, I Think
This has nothing to do with Fringe, and almost entirely to do with how much kids SUCK. You guys can think the Brokeback Mountain picture up there for this story. In 8th grade, there was a rumor going around that my best friend at the time and I were gay. Now, I am not gay AT ALL (but have no problem with those that are, just saying, I'm not) buuuuut a bigger rumor went around that we went to see Brokeback Mountain in theaters together, and the reason that we couldn't really tell anyone about the plot or about what happened in the movie was because we were making out and giving each other blowjobs the WHOLE TIME. Like damn! Anyways, my friend thought the appropriate way to combat this rumor was to say that all gay people should be shipped to New Zealand, and upon arrival there, a giant penis bomb should be dropped, and then all the gay people would run towards the penis because duh, how could gay people avoid a giant penis. I mean they are GAY after all. So then the penis bomb blows up and the world is better because gay people are gone. So, post on Fringe opening credits, you just reminded me of why, in the adult world (and by that I mean young adult but not Twilight young adult), I am no longer friends with the people I used to be friends with. Thank you for your time.

Also, Liz was insanely more attractive than the weird-ish looking yoga instructor. I mean, if her only role was to be "hotter" than Liz, couldn't they find someone that could actually play that?

March 26, 2010 on Thursday Night TV Open Thread
I don't know where the appropriate place to do this is, but this link was full of terrible so I'm going to counteract that with hopefully some good. I don't comment much since I'm a full-time student (also known as 18 years old and still in high school...), so when I get home and come on videogum pretty much everything has already been said and no matter what my comment would be, it would most likely be mired in obscurity. With that said, each day I come home the first thing I do is open up every single thing Gabe posts in a separate tab and read/watch/whatever each of them all the way through, and then usually read about half of the Monsters' comments and upvote/downvote accordingly. I have no shame in saying this is the best part of my day. Thank you, Gabe and fellow monsters, for what is easily my favorite place on the internet. I know you had a war and whatnot this weekend, but that doesn't change the fact that you are all the best. And finally, there will hopefully be no more sappy posts from this guy in the future, but I had to say it some point. Also, thank you school board for giving me a half day in order to have the time to post this. Means the world. Clear eyes, full hearts, all of you.
