Funny you should mention James Blake. I think he was the most overhyped artist of the year. His “songs” are boring as fuck. I don’t see a bunch of dub loops as “talent” the way the pitchfork crowd does. Jamie Woon is great, progressive and doesn’t fill his song with ambient noise, but rather ambient MUSIC. That is all.
