My Chemical Romance is millennials’ answer to Queen. this right here is so spot on.
amen... disappointed to see it on like zero year end lists
based on the pretty promising live stuff and their typical plan, id expect Animal Collective to drop something in 2020
seeing em tonight in Detroit. cant wait
look forward to this beating out Tame Impala for AOTW... awesome Billboard article too, i went to a Michigan show on that Pretty Years tour and there were like 15 people there tops... felt awful for them but god did they still performed they asses off that night, Joe is a great talent and these tracks continue his awesome run
Follow God bounces... refreshing
absolutely man, still one of my 10 fav records ever. great shout
this kicks ass... very promising new stuff from MC cant wait for the LP
"Hot Chip will release their new album, A Bath Full Of Ecstasy, next month. It’s the follow-up to their debut album, Why Make Sense?, which came out in 2015." They have 7 albums...
i have thoroughly enjoyed FlyLo, even Captain Murphy for an LP that "reportedly embraces hip-hop, funk, soul, jazz, global dance music, tribal poly-rhythms, IDM, and the LA Beat scene" i just found it to be an odd choice to call it a lead single. this is an atmospheric talkie
lead single eh? still excited for this but not the perfect showcase for what was described for this LP
I recall a Strokes/White Stripes double bill concert I went to at Clutch Cargos in Michigan in 2002. Easily one of the five greatest concerts I have ever been to, and I was 15. Still will never forget it
other great recent rock records that would be diminished without their drummer? Bows + Arrows, Veckatimist, and Alligator in my mind
where is the Detroit date?!?! they were fantastic at magic stick in support of Attack on Memory, one of the best shows i had ever been to there
kinda wish Boom Skit was much longer, i could bob to that for days
this was THE LP i listened to religiously through college... can still go back weekly to the whole thing, always a nostalgic listen good girl/carrots was where it all clicked for me, and cemented my ridiculous love for all things Panda
this track is really solid imo... very promising first cut. i really hope this album can keep weeknd around as his own artist. would hate to see him just become a guy who does hooks in rap albums
saw this show in Detroit... it was a shame only about 20 people were there but they both played like there were 100s. it was killer
this LP is gonna take over 2013, every song is phenomenal looks like i might have to buy some bottles of champagne today love about halfway through with the "?" lyrics haha
this track rocks so hard... didnt know Ty was owning the drum kit when the songs originally were released. a world with a lot of Ty Segall is a world i want every part of
really thought Thee Oh Sees would have made the top 5 this week... that video is sooo great
really love the sway to this track, they are really developing completely agree with all previous Congratulations comments, up votes for days
a very blah album to me... also feels like january was a bad time for this record at least for me in michigan haha, seems like it could be a better spring record. still going to see him next week and i imagine it will be good
hells yea, life has been empty without wavves
Duality is a really great mixtape, the fact FlyLo is responsible for the guise makes it 10x better too
good luck in all your future endeavors Corban im mad cause nobody every did it like you... take a shot for me
best of luck in all your future endeavors Corban im mad cause nobody ever did it like you... take a shot for me
didnt think i could say i missed Luda... but this made me miss him this LP cant come soon enough, Big Boi pwns
Miguel could play on lifetime and it would still rock, hes a pimp
This album is refreshingly enjoyable. tom hit it right on the head, just very likable
gotta agree with Corban, not feeling the back half whatsoever throw the first 6 tracks on an EP and it would be straight fire. that or add the Good Friday releases
that cover is just terrible. but the album kills. cant wait to seem them with Ty Segal in a couple weeks
maybe im alone on this, but i thought LIVELOVEA$AP was pretty flawless... i still go back to that and Drake weekly need more A$AP Nast and i needed it yesterday, real talk
this album is scary... good
if katy perry could sing these songs they would be HUGE... thankfully she cant. great album, jessie deserves some great pub... knock LDR down please
what a awesome closing track, is there an auto repeat button??? trying to collect my brains and jaw from the floor... truly an unreal experience listening to that in this setting people. a fantastic piece of work, cant wait to listen to this 100s of more times. New Town Burnout, Applesauce and Wide Eyed were standouts for me. but who we are kidding, they were all fucking great.
annnnd just watch panda make his case here... loved this song live last summer
ill get down on him singing too, nice timing
