yeah how can they not get in trouble for this? i hate the consecutive note policty or whatever the shi it is.. if changing a few notes doesn’t constitute stealing the overall idea.

you can begin to like just about anything if you feed it to yourself enough.

nah na you got me all wrong, i like ween. and used to like ween a lot. I just cant think of a better comparison. mgmt actually performs these really well and will prob continue to get better at writing.. songs are just a little weak right now. and you don’t know me mayn, i got jams

 0Posted on May 1st, 2010 | re: MGMT Play SNL (53 comments)

downgrading just means your insecure, spit it out buzz

 -2Posted on Apr 30th, 2010 | re: MGMT Play SNL (53 comments)

hahahaa and for the dork who is saying people are beginning to dislike them because of going “mainstream” hahahahahaah stfu….. theyve been mainstream and have only drifted further from this… teenagers and children will have no respect for the snl performance.. fact.. if the band started all over from square one and made this their first release.. they would have the same fan base as… ween probably

 -3Posted on Apr 30th, 2010 | re: MGMT Play SNL (53 comments)

yeah logans a fucking idiot… their first cd was blessed with really good production.. at least on the few tracks that made it to every little girls cd player. This cd is a much better representation of what they’re capable of honestly creating by themselves.. and it is shittttyy.. if you still like them you’re either a dumb girl or a dumb fag.

haha he definitely is reading the lyrics. At sxsw he made a comment about how he could never remember the lyrics to this song.

this still doesn’t tell me whether you like mpp or frr better.. but who cares anyway, you’re dumbo brown herself. forgiveness rock record has like 12 filler songs.

hahaaha better than their self titled.. how does this moron already listen to broken social scene. This cd is inevitably their worst. lazy songwriting, polished cheesy production, and no theme.. prettty much all over the place but theres still a few good songs. yet nonetheless it will probably still be their biggest album. Most current fans have the ability to see through the laziness and cheesiness but those two “qualities” are exactly what new uneducated fans will pick up on and eat up.
