Find Me On:
As cliched as it sounds this album really did change my life, musically at least. I was starting to dabble in indie rock and slowly stumbling out of my jam band phase. I bought this cd based on a co-worker’s recommendation and the moment I heard James wail “You told us of you new life there” I was hooked. Phish, Widespread, and String Cheese were gone but The Shins, My Morning Jacket, and the drugs remained. I still love this album.
Because argument bait.
Well, I agree he should be buried.
No Your Life Is A Lie? Shenanigans!
False. Moondance is better.
I agree, and I was ready to bitch about it not being on the list, oh well. This list is too much The Love Below/Speakerboxx and not enough ATLiens.
Almost forgot Mr Serv-On – Life Insurance.
Some of my favorites are:
Master P – Ice Cream Man
Master P – Ghetto D
TRU – Tru 2 da Game
C-Murder – Life or Death
I am apologetically giddy for this! I graduated in 1998 and No Limit ruled my school. Hell, they played “Make ‘Em Say Uhh!” at my prom.
I’m with you! I think the trio of Endors Toi, Apocalypse Dreams, and Mind Mischief are my favorite 3 punch combo off any album this year.
I think it’s psychological projection.
About 50 lbs.?
This is the best thing I have ever read on this site, kudos. Your vision of making music as the default social activity is beautiful.
Props to you good sir. I like that album too.
I’m not afraid, I’m going to say it:
I’m actually glad to see fun. get a little love, I dig ‘em.
Alan Parsons Project albums from best to worst ftw!
(I will fight anyone who says Eye in the Sky is not #1.)
Yeah, I just based it on what I played the most. I found I kept coming back to this one.
The Shins – Port of Morrow
Sounds good. This will be a nice way to start the next year.
