Find Me On:
Yeah, look how they’re dressed.
I accept your apology on behalf of Mr. Blake.
This is fantastic. I’m glad to hear a little more lyrical content and less of the mantra like structure of his previous original work.
I really felt like James Blake was going to dominate these lists but it looks like he is gonna be a victim of the hype machine instead. I love that album, definitely top 5 for me.
I get the complete opposite vibe from Videogum comments. Over there nobody would ever go as far as to call someone a “shitty person” based on internet comments. There’s an air of general respect for other people’s opinions–you don’t get down voted on videogum if someone disagrees with you, you get downvoted if you’re an asshole. Lighten up, man–It’s the internet. Nobody’s shitting on your pillow.
Your covers are great! Keep them coming.
That was my first thought upon seeing this.
the name of the band is Radiohead, Radiohead has two “D”s–”D” is the first letter in the word “double.”: as in Double album. The word “declaration” also starts with a “D”. THERES A RADIOHEAD ALBUM ON THE BACK OF THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE!
This is an incredible remix:
Skrillex “Alejandro (Remix)”
But they ain’t got no Yeezy nigga!
I’m glad to be seeing MGMT on a few lists. MGMT backlash seemed to be in full force this year, I like Congratulations quite alot, however.
Awwww. Did someone’s screenplay get rejected again?
I love MGMT videos. I heard they were trying to get Brian Eno to appear in their video to the song Brian Eno. Here’s to hoping that happens!
