Ugh me too. But also GAME OF THRONES. Fa real. Read that shizz.
I don’t really understand all the vitriol against this girl. She is no different than any other label made pop star.
I suppose if my list were based on just heavy rotation alone this is something what it would look like:
10. PJ Harvey- Let England Shake
9. Craft Spells- Idle Labor
8. Beyonce-4
7.Adele-21
6.Tune Yards- w h o k i l l
5.Modeselektor- Monkeytown
4. M83-Hurry Up, We’re Dreaming
3.Lykke Li- Wounded Rhymes
2. St.Vincent- Strange Mercy
1.Girls- Father, Son, Holy Ghost
Wow, it was a good year for women in music! And it looks like I am regressing a bit as I get older to more allow more pop in the mix, and I am ok with that.
YEH WHO IS THE RADIOHHEADS?? KATY P3RRY 4EVERERR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I’m Only Sleeping is and will always be my favorite Beatles song. Anyone else?

FENNNCCCCCCEEEEESSSSSSSS
They are really not up to date on the PNW flourishing music scene. It’s a shame really. There is so much incredible music coming out of Seattle/PDX right now, it’s amazing.
Also: I know you were being sarcastic with this comment, but I am really really digging Drew Grow and the Pastors Wives.
Listening to Kelli Schaefer as I write this. She is seriously amazing.
The Head and The Heart. Period.
looks…gross.
Caught in the Trees is one of my favorite albums of all time. So excited for the new album.
I like your inclusion of Tiny Vipers.
I hate them for not coming to Seattle together. Jerks.
Can’t believe I missed a chance to dunk Spencer Moody!
UGH KEXP use a tripod.

I heart them.
These italics are making my head hurt. Just though I would say that there is a benefit for Vera in Seattle and Robin Pecknold is performing. Vera project is a great thing and deserves support, so if you are in Seattle go!
MY EYES!!
Jeeze, Stereogum comments are becoming more and more like youtube comments everyday! Actually the comments about MJ on youtube are way more heartfelt and mournful than this fucking websites. Makes me sick.
soo so nice.. reminds me of when I heard For Emma for the first time.

God I love Low. oh and Happy Birthday to David Bowie(tomorrow)!!!
