I like it. I think you still can hear that Arctic Monkeys sound. It's true that you hear Homme's influences of course. It could be worse. It could've been Timbalake...
Man I wish I could have been there. Glastonbury had a killer line-up and some legendary moments. Seeing Blur live again is just epic. Hopefully they'll play some shows over here. Going to Rock Werchter myself thursday. I can only hope there will be some moments like that over there. Maybe next year I'll go to Glastonbury as well.
It's an interesting project and nice to see how Beck approaches these songs. I wonder if they get their inspiration from similar candy as Velvet Underground in those days to understand their stae of mind.
Sad day for music. RIP Michael
She's always been an attention w***e and she probably needs some attention and cash of course. She's only known because she was with Kurt. I don't think she's really talented. In music that is don't want to know about her other talents.
That's what thousands of years of evolution finally has given us. Darwin eat your heart out.
You know when you've reached the absolute top when they put your face on a urinal cake. You'll be right up there next to a fly. Now he can die a happy man.
Too bad I don't have sound on my office computer. He still is the godfather of polka accordions of course.
I guess you really must be die hard fan to cough up the 500 bucks. But it's autographed! For that kind of money you'd expect them to deliver it to your house personally.
Cool, glad to seem them back. Hopefully they will start making records as well. Albarn is a very talented musician. It will be interesting to see what he's got up his sleeves for Blur.
I guess I need one of those peanut butter cups to get the video. Nice song though.
Good review. Will definitely give it a listen when I get the chance
If Satch wins anyone could sue Coldplay over all their music since it all doesn't really sound very original. There's so much music out there that it's probably possible to find another song anytime that has a similar chorus, groove, guitar riff, whatever.
Too bad he's quitting Twitter. His tweets were pretty interesting from time to time. Of course anyone who exposes himself in a online community like that will have to deal with freaks and idiots. Especially when you're a well known person. That's the downside of an open online community.
I think everything after their first album "Hot Fuss" misses the freshness and the hooks of that album. Their video's sure become more interesting. This one is not too bad I guess. What happened to his feathers jacket?
It's gonna be interesting to see what's cooking in his head. I think he's a very talented musician who's just exploding with creativity and has too many ideas for one band. I'm not sure if his guitar skills are that special, but he does come up with very catchy riffs.
All I'm getting from IKEA is stuff that's failing the one essential screw and is falling apart one year after. My Music Blog: http://www.ronaldsays.com My Music Twitter: http://twitter.com/ronaldsays
Record labels are in the way of creativity instead of supporting it. It's good to see that more and more artists find a way around them. And this story was way too long. I didn't make it to the end. My Music Blog: http://www.ronaldsays.com My Music Twitter: http://twitter.com/ronaldsays
Yes, US only. Too bad. Paul Simon always cracks me up. He's funny. My Music Blog: http://www.ronaldsays.com My Music Twitter: http://twitter.com/ronaldsays
Don't really like MGMT but think the video's pretty good. Feel sorry for the kid though. I think Teletubbies are scary as well. And what about the band playing in the forest? What drugs make you were those kinda outfits? My Music Blog: http://www.ronaldsays.com My Music Twitter: http://twitter.com/ronaldsays
At least some people still buy albums instead of downloading. I'll sure buy it when it's out. My Music Blog: http://www.ronaldsays.com My Music Twitter: http://twitter.com/ronaldsays
I don't see anything wrong with cutting out the record label. The big labels have to understand that the times have changed and bands have other means to distribute records. Not sure about the "sellout" argument. Haven't read many details about the deal. My Music Blog: http://www.ronaldsays.com My Music Twitter: http://twitter.com/ronaldsays
I wonder what George and John would think of it. Graphics look good though. My Music Blog: http://www.ronaldsays.com My Music Twitter: http://twitter.com/ronaldsays
Bruce was also checking out The Killers' performance earlier that day and Brandon just couldn't stop smiling. Especially when The Boss complimented them on their show and he was asked to join him on stage later. Both performances were very good. Nice to see musicians having so much fun. That sure explains a lot. But then again gay fish don't read do they? My Music Blog: http://www.ronaldsays.com My Music Twitter: http://twitter.com/ronaldsays
I think Michael Jackson looks better than ever in this video. The king of pop is back! Good song by the way. My Music Blog: http://www.ronaldsays.com My Music Twitter: http://twitter.com/ronaldsays

A lot of fuzz about a box set with re-issues. My Music Blog: http://www.ronaldsays.com My Music Twitter: http://twitter.com/ronaldsays
Not a bad line-up. Nothing really special though. But personally I would love to see Tool again. My Music Blog: http://www.ronaldsays.com My Music Twitter: http://twitter.com/ronaldsays
Well, at least it doesn't look like a boring show. Some bands just need clashing personalities to make good music. Sometimes this results in beautiful things. My Music Blog: http://www.ronaldsays.com My Music Twitter: http://twitter.com/ronaldsays
Very nice line-up and the price is a bit steep but it is a week so in the end that's not too bad. 3 day festivals go for $200 in Europe as well.
Twitter is great for bands to get their music out and get exposure. No need to leave it up to those damned record labels. My Music Blog: http://www.ronaldsays.com My Music Twitter: http://twitter.com/ronaldsays
Looking forward to listening to that EP. Too bad they aren't visiting the Netherlands (yet?). Would love to see them play live. My Music Blog: http://www.ronaldsays.com My Music Twitter: http://twitter.com/ronaldsays
I tried it out. Or actually wanted to but it crashes right away. Too bad. Could've been interesting although it's most interesting for actual NIN fans. My Music Blog: http://www.ronaldsays.com My Music Twitter: http://twitter.com/ronaldsays
This is pretty sad isn't it? Telliing you how nice a kid he is and you're not in it for the money. But he still is taking the 20k so how genuine are you? If you really feel for the kid, don't take his money. Then you're a real champ. Otherwise you're only in it for the money which is pretty sad. My Music Blog: http://www.ronaldsays.com My Music Twitter: http://twitter.com/ronaldsays
He should be proud being dissed in Southpark. There's plenty of artists who'd love to get dissed in Southpark. And it's time gay fish got some attention. Most of em are still in the closet. It's just not accepted in the fish world. My Music Blog: http://www.ronaldsays.com My Music Twitter: http://twitter.com/ronaldsays
Hm, I should probably put this one on my list next to the reissue of Odelay. Haven't heard it in a while. My Music Blog: http://www.ronaldsays.com My Music Twitter: http://twitter.com/ronaldsays
Damn! What did they do to it? I wonder what the rest of the remix sounds like. I like the original song. Not sure what to think of this. My Music Blog: http://www.ronaldsays.com My Music Twitter: http://twitter.com/ronaldsays
Good song, good album. You're right this performance is a bit held back. My Music Blog: http://www.ronaldsays.com My Music Twitter: http://twitter.com/ronaldsays
You can't go wrong covering Ms. Spears. It can only get better. My Music Blog: http://www.ronaldsays.com My Music Twitter: http://twitter.com/ronaldsays
