In Nevada you can as long as the parents sign off or said 16 year old is their own legal guardian. Age of consent is 16. Nothing funny here. #Factsgum

Now that we have an opening in the VG Promise, I would like to nominate anyone from the cast of Community, but preferably Donald Glover.

Isn't Brockencyde my generation's Brockencyde, or did listening this demerit me a generation, so I have to start again with a whole new generation of crappy screamo music? I hope not because I can't fit into skinny jeans.

I wish the family members from the funeral would come out and start protesting the KKK's support of them. "Thanks but no thanks KKK"

No, it is exactly as though the ad was designed to be effective only to those who know absolutely nothing about China because that is exactly how it was designed

I bought the $50 one that came out about seven years ago because it came with the original Howard Hughes produced Scarface and it was the only way you could own it back then. That and I was horrible with my finances.

There is at least one woman in Las Vegas that is. I woke up to some crazy lady on the radio saying that she hates Rhianna because she made him beat her up so she could ruin his career.

Damn I finally get a new keyboard so I can start posting again, and I find out I am invited to an awesome party that is too far for me to attend. My only chance is hit the Megabucks before April and buy a ticket to New York. Damn you Vegas, why can't you be Brooklyn so I can go?

Only the IVY League elite would think warehouse work is not wrong. That is for the Chinese and Hondurans. I am not saying I am just asking you to question and find out for yourself. I never went to college, I am a recovering alcoholic, I do the research so should you. Soros, Van Jones, Nobama, and charity, good night.

Not surprised, I have felt this way about Tupac since after 96 and Biggie since after 97. Then again they both died at the top of their game, Michael unfortunately died in the midst of attempting a rebirth so I wouldn't have been surprised if he did this song while alive. Remember he paid Brando a million to utter one line in one of his "comeback" videos featuring Chris Tucker.

I know you weren't I just wanted to let you know why I felt sad about this video because this was the kind of acting out I did as a kid, just didn't have the Today Show to film it, and being that I did it I know it is a coping mechanism.

@ironic I don't know how you lost your father and I am sorry but growing up in the military with a father providing support for warzones and worrying if I would see him again, I can not enjoy a video of a child lashing out because his father is not there, regardless of how cute and hilarious it would have been if it would have been under less damaging circumstances. @Phased Thank you and I hope your family comes back safe. @ephcee Thank you as well. I know videogum sometimes becomes politicalgum but I was worried about making it depressinggum.

I am sorry but being a military brat myself, this video made me feel sad. My dad did Haliburton's job before it was privatized so he was constantly stationed elsewhere from my mom and I. As a kid I acted just as the kid in the video but luckily my dad eventually came back. This kid hasn't fully realized his dad is gone and I just find that sad. I am happy the Today Show tried to help out but I can only feel sorry for a child that is on the shitty side of a situation I was on growing up; my dad came back. Wish him the best and, sorry to get political for a second, that whole family should have all higher education and health care costs taken care of for their natural lives. Sorry to be a buzz kill, downvote if you feel the need. I will understand since this should be a happy video and it merely depresses me. Sorry again

The whole time I was watching this I was constantly reminded I will have to watch this with my friends since they love Transformers and I don't. They have been constantly trying to tell me how great Transformers series is and while I don't hate the movies I try to convince them they are merely mediocre popcorn flicks. Friendship is about compromise and understanding we can't agree on everything. At least I will be sporting a responsible drunkness when my friends take me to see this.

I was looking forward to watching Black Swan this weekend. I was going to catch a Friday matinee since I didn't have to work and would have just got paid. Like a kid looking at the presents under the tree before going to bed on Christmas Eve, I went to a Fandango with a heart full of anticipation on Thursday night only to enter my zip code and find out that it was not playing in Las Vegas this weekend. I was crushed and now I have to spend a week avoiding spoilers on the internet and hope that it comes to Vegas quicker than 127 Hours did. It really sucked when that movie was spoiled for me. SPOILER ALERT James Franco cuts his arm off and gets free.

As for Kevin Smith, there is a difference between low budget comedy and Kevin Smith comedy. When Clerks came out it was just a different environment and people were willing to watch two Gen X actors complain about their menial dead end jobs while dropping pop culture references. Nowadays pop culture references are the norm and unfortunately professors are too busy trying to reform low budget Taratinos to deal with the Smith wannabes. Also if Richard Linklater's Slacker would have made more of a buzz outside of the festival circuit, we would have wannabe Linklater's and not wannabe Smith's.
